Svalner tax advisor to Nrep in connection with the acquisition of residential properties in Sundbyberg
Svalner has advised Nrep on tax matters in connection with the acquisition of three residential properties in Sundbyberg from a joint venture between Reliwe and Derome. On the properties, 308 rental apartments are currently under construction with expected completion in 2027. The acquisition is made through Nrep Income+, the Nordic region’s largest core-plus fund.
