Svalner tax advisor to NREP in connection with the acquisition of 145 residential units from Skanska
Svalner has assisted NREP on tax matters in connection with the acquisition of a residential project in Bromsten from Skanska. The acquisition is structured as a forward purchase transaction and consists of 145 residential apartments and commercial areas. The intention is that the construction should begin in Q2 2022 and completion is expected to occur in Q1 2025.
