Svalner tax advisor to Logistea in connection with the acquisition of a property in Nyköping
Svalner has assisted Logistea on tax matters in connection with the acquisition of the property Automobilen 1 in Nyköping. The property comprise a total lettable are of approx. 44,900 sqm and is fully let to Nyköping Municipality under two lease agreements.
