Svalner has provided financial- and tax advice for KKR in connection with their first residential investment in Sweden
Svalner has assisted KKR with financial- and tax advice in connection with KKR’s agreement with Swedish developers Reliwe and the Derome Group for the forward-purchase of three multifamily properties currently under development in Haninge, located just south of the Stockholm city center. The development comprises three new properties totaling 382 residential units, expected to be completed between late 2026 and early 2027.
