Svalner advisor to Vendus in connection with the acquisition of a property portfolio of 37 properties

Svalner has advised Carnegie with financial and tax matters in connection with the establishment of Vendus Sweden AB (publ) and the acquisition of the common shares in V Real Estate AB, the parent company in the V Real Estate-group. The group owns 37 properties consisting mainly of properties for grocery stores with ICA as the biggest tenant. The underlying property value totals approx. SEK 2 billion.
