Svalner advisor to NREP on the acquisition of two office properties from Fabege
Svalner has assisted NREP with financial and tax advice when NREP enters the Swedish office market through the acquisition of two office properties in Stockholm from Fabege at an underlying property value of approximately SEK 3.4 billion. The transaction includes the two completely renovated office properties Orgeln 7 in Sundbyberg and Glädjen 12 in Stadshagen with a total lettable area of approximately 50,000 square meters.
