Svalner advisor to NREP in connection with the acquisition of Vällingby Centrum

Svalner has assisted NREP on tax and financial matters in connection with the acquisition of Vällingby Centrum from Svenska Bostäder, a company owned by the municipality of Stockholm. The acquisition comprises 76,206 sqm of space divided into six properties offering multiple uses including retail, offices and restaurants. The purchase price totals SEK 1.68 billion.
