Svalner advisor to Nrep in connection with the acquisition of a 524-unit residential portfolio from Magnolia Bostad
Svalner has advised Nrep on financial and tax matters in connection with the acquisition of two apartment complexes from Magnolia Bostad. Collectively, the two sites provide 524 homes for rent where 112 apartments are located in Upplands-Bro and 412 apartments are located in Knivsta. The apartments in Upplands-Bro were completed in 2022, while some of the residential buildings in Knivsta are still under construction where the final stage will be completed Q1 2025.
