Svalner advisor to Nordisk Renting in connection with the acquisition of a data center property
Svalner has advised Nordisk Renting on financial and tax matters in connection with the acquisition of a fully leased data center property in Stockholm. The property comprises approximately 23,000 square meters and the largest tenant is Equinix, a global leader in digital infrastructure and data centers.
