Svalner has advised Lantmännen Handelsfastigheter, a part of Lantmännen Fastigheter, with financial and tax matters in connection with the acquisition of the property Tegelbruket 4, located in Falun, from Neobo Fastigheter AB (publ). The property consists of a commercial building with a total lettable area of 8,146 sqm where Willys is the largest tenant. The underlying property value amounts to SEK 75m.
