Svalner advisor to Lantmännen Fastigheter in connection with the acquisition of a property in Eslöv
Svalner has advised Lantmännen Fastigheter with tax matters in connection with the acquisition of a property located in Eslöv from Skånes Företagsservice AB. The property consists of a warehouse- and office building and has a total lettable area of approximately 14,000 sqm. A third of the property’s land area is currently undeveloped, which gives room for future development. The underlying property value amounts to SEK 91m.
