Svalner advisor to KPA Pension in connection with the acquisition of an office project in Stockholm
Svalner has advised KPA Pension, part of the Folksam group, on financial and tax matters in connection with the acquisition of the office project Yrket 4 in Solna from NCC based on a property value of SEK 3.6 billion. NCC will develop the property into a new head office for the public authority Svenska Kraftnät, which has signed a 20-year lease agreement in relation to the entire property. The transaction will close following that the project has been completed, which is scheduled for the second quarter of 2028. Please refer to KPA Pension’s press room for more information.
