Svalner advisor to KPA Pension in connection with the acquisition of a newly constructed residential property in Nacka

Svalner has advised KPA Pension, a company within the Folksam Group, on financial and tax matters in connection with the acquisition of the residential property Nacka Grace from Wallenstam. The property is a newly constructed block with 169 residential apartments and 12 commercial premises and has been named Sweden’s Finest New Construction 2024 by the Swedish non-profit association Arkitekturupproret. The lettable area totals approx. 9,780 sqm of which approx. 840 sqm is commercial floor space.
