Svalner advisor to a JV between Kid and Fabritius in connection with the divestment of a central warehouse property
Svalner has advised a joint venture between Kid and Fabritius on tax matters in connection with the divestment of a newly constructed central warehouse property in Borås to Storebrand. The property is leased to Hemtex/Kid on a 20-year lease agreement and the underlying property value in the transaction exceeds SEK 600 million. Please refer to Kid’s press room for more information.
