Svalner tax advisor to the Folksam group in connection with the acquisition of three office properties in central Stockholm
Svalner has advised KPA Pension, a company within the Folksam Group, on tax matters in connection with the acquisition of the office properties Adonis 2, Adonis 16 and Moraset 24. The acquisition is carried out at a purchase price of approx. SEK 2 billion. The properties are situated in central Stockholm and the buildings on the properties have a total lettable area of 14,000 sqm.
