Svalner tax advisor to the Folksam group in connection with the acquisition of an office property from Invesco
Svalner has advised KPA Pension, a company within the Folksam Group, on tax matters in connection with the acquisition of the site leasehold to Gångaren 10, an office property in central Stockholm, from Invesco. The acquisition is carried out by way of a share deal with an underlying property value of SEK 2.3 billion. The buildings on the property have a total lettable area of 30,100 sqm and is let to various tenants where Securitas is the largest.
