Svalner has provided tax and financial due diligence services for Atrium Ljungberg in connection with the acquisition of Palmfelt Center in Stockholm. The property consists of office premises, data center facilities and warehouses, and is rented out to e.g. Försäkringskassan, Bostadsförmedlingen and Stockholm Stads Parkering. The total lettable area is approx. 26,000 sqm regarding office premises and 5,000 sqm regarding data center facilities and warehouses. The agreed property value in the transaction is approx. SEK 1.5 billion.
