Svalner has advised Genova in connection with the acquisition of 50 % of the shares in Järngrinden. The underlying property value amounts to SEK 500 million consisting of properties mainly located in western Sweden, including the Gothenburg region. The project development portfolio covers a total of approximately 100,000 sqm distributed over approximately 1,700 housing units.
