Svalner has advised Estea in connection with the acquisition of community properties

Svalner has advised Estea on tax matters in connection with the acquisition of a number of community properties located in Österåker, Upplands-Väsby and Enköping from Slättö Value Add I AB. Among the tenants are Attendo, Frösunda, Kungsängen and Tellusbarn i Sverige and the properties are used for housing with special services for adults (LSS) and as school properties.

The acquisition was carried out by Estea Omsorgsfastigheter AB (publ) which is an investment fund focusing on property investments in the healthcare and nursing sectors. The fund is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
