Svalner has advised Brunswick Real Estate and Bonnier Fastigheter with tax and financial matters in connection with the acquisition of 50% of Rosengård Center from Trianon. Rosengård Center is a hub for commerce and service in Rosengård and the ambition is to further develop existing and new investments such as the new library and building permits in direct connection to Rosengård Center together with Trianon.

The acquisition is made by Brunswick Real Estate’s and Bonnier Fastigheter’s joinly owned company Fastighets AB Hemmaplan. The total agreed property value amounts to SEK 560m.
