Svalner, the leading Swedish independent advisory firm in the field of tax and transaction services, and Alder, a growing Finnish advisory firm within the same field, are excited to announce joining forces in an ambition to form a new leading Nordic advisory group – the Svalner Group.

Operating from strategic locations in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Helsinki and Turku, the Svalner Group employs a combined workforce of 175 professionals committed to delivering high-end advisory across the Nordic countries. By leveraging a strong local presence and complementary capabilities, the group will be able to provide comprehensive and tailored solutions at the highest level in tax, transaction and related advisory services to clients across the Nordic region.
